- Ensure compliance with specifications by reviewing and approving work instructions, processes, and inspection points
- Interpret acceptance criteria and optimize control plans across production
- Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts for non-conformities with teams such as purchasing, production, and engineering
- Conduct process and product audits internally and with suppliers; ensure effective corrective actions are implemented
- Analyze performance data to identify improvements and lead continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Strong leadership capabilities within engineering or manufacturing environments
- Excellent communication skills in French
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (ASME Y14.5), AS9100 standards, and aerospace work practices
Preferred Qualification- Auditor certification or formal auditor training
- Training in quality engineering methodologies (e.g., CQE, APQP, Six Sigma)
- Experience with complex machine parts, electromechanical assemblies, or PCBs
