Job summary

Teck Resources is seeking a Senior Endpoint Specialist to design, administer, and continually improve Teck's endpoint management environment across Windows, macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and Android devices.

You will act as a subject matter expert for Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, and Teamviewer, leading projects while collaborating with cyber security, cloud infrastructure, and site support teams to enhance security posture and device hygiene.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Intune and SCCM, including co-management and hybrid Entra join environments.
• Experience with device provisioning technologies including Windows Autopilot, Apple Business Manager / Automated Device Enrollment and Android Enterprise.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to endpoint modernization projects.
• Plan and manage co-management workloads as Teck modernizes workstation management.
• Define project scope, success criteria and test plans, and document migration plans, implementation procedures, and rollback strategies.
