Job summary

PSP Investments is seeking a Solution Designer (Endpoints), Cloud Technologies, to elevate the management of our digital workplace. You will own the Microsoft Intune MDM platform, guide architecture, standards, and lifecycle, and oversee device management for Windows, iOS, and MacOS in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes strong automation with PowerShell, security by design, and close collaboration with Cybersecurity and Infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 7+ years in endpoint engineering or modern workplace management.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Intune platform architecture and policy management.
• Experience with Windows, iOS, and MacOS device lifecycle.
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, and vulnerability remediation in regulated environments.
• Fluent in English and French for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and deploy digital workplace solutions aligned with strategy.
• Oversee the Microsoft Intune MDM architecture, configuration, and roadmap.
• Manage full device lifecycle (Windows, iOS, MacOS, hybrid).
• Define security baselines and Zero Trust-aligned policies.
• Lead automation and zero-touch provisioning via Intune and PowerShell.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity and Infra teams to translate security needs into controls.
• Maintain technical documentation and operating procedures.
