Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Chief Legal Counsel responsible for managing legal services on all labour and employment law matters across Canada. This hybrid position requires working on-site in Mississauga at least 2 days per week. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience in employment law, with strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver strategic legal counsel.

In this role, you will ensure compliance with employment laws, develop policies in collaboration with HR, and advise on legal risks related to business strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of employment law experience.
• Minimum of 6 years in a strategic legal role within health or retail sectors.
• Ability to balance legal needs with business goals.
