The role is critical in resolving technical issues related to embedded systems and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field along with over 7 years of experience. Candidates should be proficient in Linux debugging, technical support, and various engineering tools. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from CA$100,000 to CA$130,000 per year, along with relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in field application engineering, technical support, or product/application engineering.
• Proven experience with XMC, VPX/OpenVPX, PCIe, FPGA, GPUs.
• Knowledge of defence standards such as SOSA, CMOSS, and VICTORY.

Responsibilities

• Play a mission-critical role in customer system integration.
• Resolve hardware, software, and firmware issues.
• Manage technical requests in GitHub and Jira.
