Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in field application engineering or related roles.
• Proven experience with embedded systems and defence standards.
• Experience with platforms from NVIDIA and AMD.

Responsibilities

• Quickly assess and route customer issues to appropriate teams.
• Replicate customer problems in the lab to develop fixes.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for customer engagement.
