Take ownership of products from concept through certification and production release, mentor teams, drive cross‑functional projects, and deliver safe, high‑performance hardware and firmware for demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering.
• 10+ years in embedded systems development.
• Experience with industrial equipment and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop embedded control systems for industrial equipment.
• Use advanced C/C++ for firmware across platforms.
• Design state machines, drivers, and scalable code.
• Select MCU/MPU platforms and architectures and handle HW interfaces.
• Work with industrial communication protocols and power/signal integrity.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive design for certification.
