Qualifications

Responsibilities

Set multi-year technical direction and target-state architecture for cross-domain engineering platforms.
Define strategy, governance, reliability expectations, and decision frameworks across teams.
Resolve ambiguous architectural tradeoffs spanning product lines, suppliers, technology stacks, and delivery cadences.
Improve engineering effectiveness through platforms, automation, reusable patterns, data, and operating models.
Influence senior leaders with recommendations grounded in risk, cost, quality, and business impact.
Lead through principal and staff engineers, developing technical leaders and communities of practice.
