Job summary

HMR Veterans Services is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our day shift team at the Richard M. Campbell Veterans Home. You will provide routine nursing care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents’ well-being in a respectful environment.

We value teamwork and clear communication. The role requires a current CNA license and a compassionate, resident-centered approach to care for America’s veterans.

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification in accordance with state regulations
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing dignified and respectful care to Veterans and fellow residents

Responsibilities

• Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Following individualized care plans and facility policies to deliver exceptional resident care
