Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical testing and validation.
• Proficient with electrical test instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
• Experience with LabVIEW, MATLAB, and Python for test automation.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop test plans, procedures, and specifications for electrical products.
• Set up and operate electrical test equipment including oscilloscopes, power analyzers and function generators.
• Develop automated test scripts using LabVIEW, MATLAB and Python.
• Conduct functional, performance and environmental testing of components and systems.
• Analyze test data and identify root causes with detailed reports and solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to resolve design/manufacturing issues.
• Ensure compliance with IEC, ISO and quality management systems.
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment for accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
