Qualifications

• Requires a BS in electrical engineering from a Canadian EAB or US ABET-accredited program.
• 12+ years of experience in the electric power industry.
• Experience in detailed design of medium voltage electrical systems for thermal power projects.
• Excellent technical communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide development support, conceptual design and owner’s engineer services.
• Perform technical evaluations of electric power generation projects and facilities.
• Support project economic and cost analysis, risk assessments and contract development.
• Conduct engineering design reviews and technical due diligence for thermal power projects.
