Job summary

A leading HVAC manufacturer in Calgary is seeking an Electrical Engineer P.Eng/Designer to design and develop electrical systems for custom HVAC products. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, particularly in HVAC unit design, and expertise in AutoCAD. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and a supportive work environment. On-site work is required with occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience, preferably in HVAC.
• Experience with HVAC unit design preferred.
• Familiarity with CSA, NEC, and other applicable standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize electrical systems for HVAC units.
• Collaborate with clients and engineers on system design.
• Create technical drawings and specifications.
• Oversee installation and testing of electrical components.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineering team members.
