The ideal candidate will have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 4 years of experience in mechanical design, particularly in HVAC and plumbing systems. Qualifications

• 4+ years’ work experience in Mechanical Design with HVAC & Plumbing emphasis.
• Knowledge of Canadian National Building Code (NBC) and Ontario Building Code (OBC).
• Ability to read piping sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Implement design concepts and create specifications and equipment selection.
• Conduct heating and cooling load calculations.
• Review shop drawings to confirm project requirements.
