Who are we looking for?

We seek a proactive, collaborative Senior Electrical Designer with a can-do attitude, experienced in working in an agile, fast-paced environment. You will support design projects involving traffic signals, street lighting, and power distribution systems within our GTA offices.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing traffic signalization and street lighting systems
• Creating drawings using MicroStation and AutoCAD
• Conducting site investigations and inspections
• Performing material take-offs

• Quality checking design drawings
• Managing project budgets and timelines
• Mentoring junior staff

Qualifications:

• College diploma in Electrical Engineering Technology
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience
• Proficiency in MicroStation and AutoCAD/ACC
• Knowledge of industry standards including Ontario Electrical Safety Code, AODA, Ontario Traffic Manual, IESNA RP-8, and TAC guidelines
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Analytical skills and sound judgment
• Experience with AGI32 is an asset
