Job summary

Eclipse Automation is seeking an Electrical Design Team Lead to drive hardware design initiatives and ensure timely, on-budget project delivery. You will coordinate design activities, mentor engineers, and enforce Eclipse quality, safety, and reliability standards.

The role requires a university degree or college diploma in Electrical, Systems, or Mechatronics (or Robotics Automation), with strong experience in EPLAN and AutoCAD, plus solid communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• University Degree or College Diploma in Electrical, Systems, or Mechatronics, or Robotics Automation Technology.
• Proficient with EPLAN and AutoCAD; MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design and coordinating electrical design projects to meet budget and milestones.
• Review and approve project designs to meet quality, reliability, and safety standards.
• Coach and mentor staff; coordinate staff priorities to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure ISO standards are followed and liaise with other departments for project success.
• Manage project budgets, milestones, and supplier relationships.
