Job summary

Intellibee seeks a Senior HIEA TA Specialist to lead technical assistance for data integration projects with EHR vendors, ensuring reliable data exchanges and robust analytics capabilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive data quality and system performance.

The ideal candidate will possess SME expertise in EHR data, HL7 v2, and C-CDA standards, plus experience with HIPAA compliance and health information exchange best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technical analyst, data engineer, or related role involving healthcare data and analytics.
• Experience with SQL, SAS, and InterSystems HealthShare.
• Subject matter expert (SME) level knowledge of EHR systems and data exchange standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support technical infrastructure for NC HIEA and SAS platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Ensure stability and performance of data exchange systems and applications.
• Manage and coordinate change orders, bug fixes, and enhancements for the NC HealthConnex Clinical Portal.
• Develop and support complex data queries to assist with data validation, transformation, and reporting.
