Job summary

BLG is seeking an experienced eDiscovery leader to manage and mentor a national eDiscovery Analyst Team. You will support the full EDRM lifecycle, administer RelativityOne workspaces, and design analytics workflows to streamline reviews.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of hands-on eDiscovery or related experience in a professional services setting.
• Experience supervising or coordinating analysts or project teams.
• Advanced knowledge of RelativityOne including analytics and production workflows.
• Strong understanding of EDRM and defensible eDiscovery methodologies.
• Familiar with analytics and machine-learning strategies and TAR/CAL workflows.
• Relativity certification is preferred and familiarity with cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Team leadership and workflow management for the eDiscovery Analyst Team.
• Provide senior technical support across the EDRM lifecycle.
• Administer RelativityOne workspaces, including scripting and analytics.
• Design and validate analytics workflows for email threading and clustering.
• Develop quality control protocols for data processing and production.
• Monitor cloud tool usage, costs and vendor performance.
• Collaborate with IT and governance teams to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting to internal eDiscovery team.
• Partner with leadership to improve SOPs, templates and reporting.
