Job summary

ThoughtStorm Inc. is seeking a senior Microsoft Cloud specialist in Toronto to design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, model-driven apps, and Power Platform integrations.

You will build secure, scalable workflows, data integrations and portal experiences using Dataverse, Power Pages and Azure services. Required are deep hands-on experience with C# plugins, FetchXML optimization, and RBAC/FLS/IAM, plus strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end cloud solutions in a

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, Model-Driven Apps, Power Platform components and Dataverse.
• Design and enhance Dynamics 365 case management solutions with forms, views, dashboards and security.
• Develop Power Pages Portals with self-service forms, authentication and Dataverse integration.
• Strong C# Plugin Development including synchronous/asynchronous plugins and FetchXML optimization.
• Experience designing Azure-based integrations using Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management and storage.
• Knowledge of RBAC, FLS, IAM, authentication, encryption, secure data handling; WCAG 2.1 accessibility.
• Hands-on with KingswaySoft, ETL, SQL, SharePoint integration and Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Job description

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in technical solution development, configuration, customization, and implementation within Microsoft Cloud environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Model-Driven Apps (MDA), Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Design and enhance Dynamics 365 case management solutions, including forms, views, dashboards, FetchXML, business process flows, queues, routing, activities, and role-based security.
• Develop and configure Power Pages Portals with self-service forms, authentication, responsive design, accessibility, Dataverse integration, Azure Blob Storage, App Insights, and Key Vault.
• Strong hands-on C# Plugin Development, including synchronous/asynchronous plugins, FetchXML optimization, transaction handling, security impersonation, custom workflow activities, and Plugin Profiler.
• Experience designing Azure-based integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, API Management, Azure Services, Azure Attachment Storage, and custom connectors.
• Strong knowledge of Power Automate/RPA, including approvals, conditional workflows, desktop automation, error handling, retry logic, and Dynamics 365 integration.
• Experience with RBAC, Field-Level Security (FLS), IAM, authentication, encryption, document management, and secure data handling; knowledge of ODAS and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.
• Hands-on experience with KingswaySoft, Oracle-to-Dataverse migration, ETL, Azure Blob Storage, SQL, SharePoint integration, Power BI, monitoring/diagnostics, ALM and Azure DevOps.
• Responsible for application stabilization, defect remediation, performance enhancement, integration, QA/testing, cloud deployment/migration, technical documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and knowledge transfer, while ensuring compliance with AODA, Ontario Digital Service Design Guidelines, and OPS security standards
