Job summary

Stoneridge Software is seeking innovative and visionary Dynamics 365 Business Central Senior Consultants to deliver exceptional results for clients across North America. You will act as a business analyst and technical expert, configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 BC to align with client requirements and objectives.

You will collaborate with clients, lead data migrations, conduct gap analyses, and mentor junior consultants while embracing a collaborative approach across roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• 3+ years leading implementations in a consulting environment.
• 2+ years of experience with Business Central manufacturing module preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful implementations of Dynamics 365 Business Central using best practices.
• Lead data migration conversations and test migrations for accuracy.
• Understand client requirements and conduct gap analysis with stakeholders.
• Plan and lead design sessions and present out-of-the-box functionality.
• Design, configure, and test core Dynamics 365 BC modules.
• Mentor Associate Consultants and other team members.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement ideas.
