Job summary

Super GeoAI Technology seeks a Senior Drone Application Engineer to lead AI-powered drone applications for agricultural operations. You will develop, customize, and integrate drone software with onboard or connected computing, and work with mobile and cloud platforms.

You will collaborate with AI researchers, software engineers, and field teams to move solutions from prototypes to testing and deployment, emphasizing DJI SDK expertise and robust hardware integration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, engineering, robotics, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience developing applications using at least one DJI SDK.
Strong programming skills in C++, Java, Kotlin, or Python.
Experience integrating AI or computer vision in drone/edge deployments.
Understanding of drone workflows, telemetry, hardware interfaces, and real-time constraints.
Ability to troubleshoot software/hardware integration and validate with testing.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain drone applications using DJI SDKs.
Implement mission planning, flight control, telemetry monitoring, data collection, and cloud/mobile integration.
Collaborate with AI researchers to deploy computer vision and geospatial AI models in workflows.
Test, debug, and deploy in bench, simulation, and real-world flight trials.
Document architecture, interfaces, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
