Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Canada is seeking a seasoned Document Control leader to oversee teams and ensure compliant, efficient document management across projects. You will establish processes, mentor staff, and drive optimization of systems and procedures.

The role requires extensive EPCM experience, strong French and English communication, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of document control experience in EPCM, with 5+ years in intermediate or senior roles.
• Experience in project, engineering or construction environments.
• Knowledge of document control systems, tools, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a Document Control team to ensure effective document management across projects.
• Establish and maintain document management processes, procedures, and systems.
• Oversee project document control activities and ensure proper use of systems and procedures.
• Develop and deliver training, mentoring, and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of document management tools, systems, and procedures.
