A career as a Senior Director, Strategy and Delivery Architect within the Vice President of IT Delivery & Payment Operations, Cards, Compliance & Regulatory at National Bank is an opportunity to play a key role in the strategic and technological transformation of the organization. This position allows you to make a positive impact through your expertise in architecture management, IT strategy, and supporting teams toward operational excellence. This role is designed to prepare for succession in about a year and a half, enabling you to work closely with the current Strategy and Delivery Architect and acquire the necessary skills to take on responsibilities in the medium term.

The IT Vice Presidency for Payments, Cards, and Regulatory Compliance consists of over 800 specialists who work together in an agile and proactive manner to transform our technologies and support the Bank’s ambitions. Within the team, you will work alongside 8 other Senior Directors and report directly to the VP of IT & Operations. We promote a hybrid and flexible environment to allow for an optimal work-life balance.
