Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Product team as a Senior Director of Product . In this role, you will drive the product development process, execute the product strategy and roadmap, and oversee implementations of product deployments with Brim’s B2B partners. Your responsibilities will include :

• Drive solutioning and strategic execution for implementing payment solutions and product releases, including prepaid solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams (technology, operations, design, risk, marketing, compliance) to ensure seamless product execution and delivery.
• Define product positioning and value proposition by gathering insights from customers and industry trends.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and work with stakeholders to refine requirements.
• Monitor product performance and success metrics to support continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in product management within the US and Canada credit cards and payments industry, including prepaid cards and cross-border payments.
• Experience leading implementations with B2B partners.
• Ability to lead complex business or product lines to growth through innovation and creativity.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high energy, creativity, dedication, and drive to succeed.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
