Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Product team as a Senior Director of Product. You will drive product development, execute the strategy and roadmap, and oversee deployments with Brim’s B2B partners. Responsibilities include:

1. Driving solutioning and strategic execution for payment solutions and product releases, including prepaid solutions.
2. Leading cross-functional teams (technology, operations, design, risk, marketing, compliance) to ensure seamless product delivery.
3. Defining product positioning and value proposition based on customer insights and industry trends.
4. Translating business needs into functional requirements and refining them with stakeholders.
5. Monitoring product performance and success metrics for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of product management experience in US and Canada credit cards and payments, including prepaid cards and cross-border payments.
• Experience leading implementations with B2B partners.
• Ability to lead complex businesses or product lines towards growth through innovation.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Coding experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar) preferred for collaboration with technical teams.
