Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 7+ years in Product Management.
• 7+ years IAM Architect Role.
• 8+ years Information Security or IT.
• 10+ years working with IAM platforms.
• Exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk and Audit functions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong planning and organizational skills; manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in information security software products.
• Strong understanding of financial principles in large enterprises.
• Experience with complex processes.
• Willing to learn and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Product Management for Customer IAM and Workforce IAM domains.
• Define intake, prioritization, requirements, and architectural alignment across IAM.
• Own IAM product strategy and roadmap; coordinate with business, fraud tech, Engineering, stakeholders.
• Lead architecture delivery with domain architects for scalable, secure IAM solutions.
• Govern IAM governance and controls; ensure policy compliance and KPIs enterprise-wide.
• Support ERP related transformation initiatives and cross-bank collaboration to align technologies.
