Job summary

Scotiabank is seeking a Senior Director of Global IAM Directory Services to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AD, Entra ID, and PKI across the enterprise. You will lead global engineering and operations, driving secure, scalable directory capabilities for a multi-domain, multi-forest identity environment, both on‑prem and in cloud.

You will partner with Security, Technology, Risk, and Business leaders to mature platforms, strengthen identity security, and deliver transformational directory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems.
• 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including 5+ years leading large engineering teams.
• Demonstrated experience operating and securing Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and PKI environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle and service accountability for global Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and PKI platforms.
• Ensure platform availability, resiliency, performance and security posture.
• Lead the Directory Services Team and drive modernization with cloud-native architectures.
• Partner with IAM Product and Architecture to align strategy with business needs.
• Drive security, risk management and regulatory compliance across directory services.
