Job Opportunity: Senior Director, Finance

Our esteemed client is seeking to appoint a Senior Director, Finance to manage and oversee the financial operations. This will include Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Billing, and continuous process improvement.

The Senior Director, Finance will be involved in strategic leadership, developing and executing visions and strategies affecting shared services and the operations as a whole. The successful candidate will foster collaboration between financial accounting, treasury, and commercial finance teams. You will operate at both strategic and operational (hands-on) levels, collaborating closely with the team and senior management.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office three days per week.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:

• CPA (CPA, CA preferred)
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience, including time spent in public accounting
• Proven track record in implementing process improvements and exceptional knowledge of RPA
• Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in people management
