Job summary

Electronic Arts (EA) in Vancouver is seeking a Director, Corporate Functions FP&A to be the senior finance partner to EA's Corporate Functions.

You will lead planning, forecasting, and investment evaluation, ensuring capital is allocated effectively and leaders have insights to drive decisions. The role manages a team and collaborates across the enterprise in a hybrid model with three days in office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and accounting understanding.
• Experience leading and developing finance teams.
• Proven partner to senior executives in a matrix environment.
• Executive storytelling with clear financial insights.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to Corporate Function executives.
• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Drive scenario planning, risk assessment, and financial modeling.
• Provide financial leadership for investments in workplace and real estate.
• Evolve KPI frameworks and report on investment value realization.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly management reporting with insights.
• Coach and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Lead planning improvements and leverage AI-enabled solutions.
• Partner to scale EA's connected financial planning framework.
