KFNE is led by a senior executive who shapes the economic-development strategy across land development, real estate and partnerships. The Director will translate KFNE’s vision into an executable plan and oversee operations within Board governance.

You will lead land leasing, infrastructure coordination, and strategic collaborations with government, developers and communities to deliver durable value for the Nation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban or Regional Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline.
• Approximately 8–10+ years of progressive leadership experience in public-private partnerships, municipal real estate, urban development, economic development or closely related environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple levels of government.
• Experience coordinating servicing and infrastructure requirements for properties.

• Develop and execute KFNE’s economic-development and business strategy.
• Lead commercial real-estate and land-development activities.
• Advance land-leasing and development-planning priorities.
• Coordinate infrastructure and servicing requirements for commercial properties.
• Navigate permitting, licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Develop strategic business partnerships and negotiate joint ventures.
• Build relationships with developers, investors and other partners.
• Represent KFNE in external negotiations.
