Job summary

S.I. Systems Ltd. seeks a Senior Business Analyst (10+ years) to drive the Employee File digitization initiative, eliminating paper records and enabling centralized access. The role involves end-to-end requirements, stakeholder liaison, and procurement documentation in a multi-year program through 2027–2029. Hybrid work in Toronto, EST hours.

The incumbent will gather requirements, author RFPs, and support implementation with on-site rollout and production support as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business consulting.
• 7+ years as Business Analyst, business systems analyst, or process analyst.
• Digital documentation services and information management analysis.
• RFI/RFP documentation authorship and support.
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, IT or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business, stakeholder, and solution requirements.
• Document requirements in MR4TFS central repository.
• Conduct workshops with business users to identify gaps and document current state processes, inefficiencies, and KPIs/metrics.
• Assess current state and analyze process gaps and root causes.
• Recommend and document future state.
• Prepare Scope of Services and RFP documentation under procurement process.
• Provide on-site rollout and production support for new implementations.

Education
