Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in digital print production and finishing operations.
• Strong knowledge of print production equipment, workflows, and quality control.
• Experience coordinating work in a production environment and providing technical guidance to others.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee digital printing, bindery, and finishing equipment to ensure efficient, accurate, and high-quality production.
• Coordinate daily print production workflows, prioritize work, and assign tasks to staff based on workload and deadlines.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and mentorship to printing technicians and students.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex, confidential, or high-priority print projects.
• Review print specifications and completed work to ensure quality and security compliance.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for paper, toner, and specialty print materials, including forecasting.
• Perform administrative duties including production scheduling, job tracking, and reporting.
• Liaise with internal clients, suppliers, and service providers to support efficient production outcomes.
