Job summary

BetMGM in Canada is seeking a Sr. Digital Marketing Associate to oversee the production of digital assets and manage delivery through internal workflows.

You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work with our marketing team, stakeholders and agency partners across BetMGM Sports, Casino, Poker, and more. You will drive the delivery of campaigns, analyze performance, and refine strategies with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Demonstrates an excess of attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills.
• Background in user acquisition and data-oriented experience in various analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience executing paid digital campaigns on platforms including Google, Meta, Twitter and Snapchat.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem including advanced knowledge in the display, video, programmatic and CTV landscape.
• An understanding of Sports, Sports Betting, and iGaming landscapes.
• Ability to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage timelines across teams.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage delivery of digital marketing projects by creating briefs for our creative team and distributing finished assets.
• Contribute to high-level digital acquisition strategy across paid social, PPC and display.
• Collaborate with paid digital partners to ensure campaign best practices are followed.
• Tailor digital marketing strategy based on product and market insights.
• Support Brand & Acquisition teams in asset ideation for campaigns featuring ambassadors.
• Coordinate with BI, Promotions, Partnerships and CRM to optimize acquisition and retention.
