Nelnet, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead cloud infrastructure automation and secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure. You will design IaC using Terraform, manage GitHub Actions workflows, and enforce security policies across deployments.

The role requires strong scripting skills and experience with Linux/Windows, Docker, and Kubernetes, with hybrid in-office work in Mississauga, Canada. A government clearance is not stated here.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of software development, DevOps frameworks and methodology.
• 4+ years of automation build and delivery operations.
• Strong understanding of Azure, ARM templating, and Azure DevOps pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain IaC pipelines and Terraform modules for Azure resources.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions with security in mind.
• Automate security checks, compliance reporting, and routine operational tasks.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support secure, scalable build/release pipelines.
• Mentor team members and share best practices for DevSecOps tooling and processes.
