Job summary

High Tech Genesis is seeking a Senior Azure DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and manage cloud infra in Microsoft Azure. You will lead CI/CD and IaC initiatives, architect scalable Azure deployments, and guide teams while remaining deeply hands-on.

The role demands strong Kubernetes, Terraform, and scripting capabilities. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering, excels in Azure environments, and can drive security, reliability, and performance across cloud workloads.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps, cloud or platform engineering.
• Strong hands-on Azure experience with enterprise deployments.
• Advanced Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Expert Terraform/IaC and CI/CD pipeline design.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform / IaC.
• Deploy, manage, and optimize containers with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, deployment, and environment management.
• Maintain consistent development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization across cloud infra and apps.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure, Kubernetes, and pipeline issues.
• Support scalability, availability, security, backup, recovery and DR initiatives.
• Integrate security and automated controls into infra and pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance while remaining hands-on.
