Job summary

Venture-Computers-of-Canada-Inc. seeks an Intermediate Azure DevOps Engineer to implement, automate, and support Microsoft Azure environments for our clients.

You will own assigned technical work from implementation through documentation and operational handover, collaborating with senior architects on complex designs and escalations. The role emphasizes IaC with Terraform/Bicep, CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and scripting with PowerShell.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of infrastructure/DevOps experience with hands-on Azure administration.
• Experience deploying and supporting production Azure environments.
• Experience with Terraform or Bicep and infrastructure as code.
• Experience building or maintaining Azure DevOps pipelines using YAML.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Git.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain Azure resources (VMs, storage, VNet, backup, monitoring).
• Configure networking: NSGs, VPN, private endpoints, DNS.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps; write automation scripts.
• Manage Git repositories, PRs, code reviews, and version control practices.
• Implement testing, approvals, and rollback procedures; maintain templates and standards.
• Configure monitoring with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics; handover to clients.
