Job summary

Conga is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps in Canada to design, build, and optimize our cloud infrastructure and delivery capabilities powering revenue lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product and Ops to advance CI/CD practices, ensure scalability, reliability and security, while enabling rapid innovation across global teams. This role blends hands-on engineering with platform improvements to support Conga’s growing customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience architecting, building, and supporting highly scalable software and infrastructure solutions.
• Proven experience deploying and managing production workloads within AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD practices within modern development organizations.
• Demonstrated success designing solutions that deliver high availability, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines that automate build, test, deployment, and release processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase deployment efficiency, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Partner with engineering teams to establish DevOps best practices across the software development lifecycle.
• Champion automation-first approaches that reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency.
• Design and support highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure environments.
