Job Description:
- Design and implement highly available and reliable cloud and orchestration infrastructure for business applications and machine learning workloads.
- Utilize diverse cloud-native toolsets to rapidly and continuously deliver releases and deployments to clients.
- Implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams, ensuring a secure and compliant Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Develop internal tooling, automation, and processes to improve DevSecOps practices and reduce manual interventions.
- Maintain cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), ensuring security and scalability.
- Develop and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to proactively detect system issues and maintain SLA/SLO.
- Support daily operations, monitoring, and security functions of the DevOps stack.
- Lead complex projects, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and review to junior team members and peers, influencing through leadership and consensus building.
- Engage in continuous self-development to grow technical skills aligned with job functions.
- Operate as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by learning and understanding relevant domains.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane, or CSP-specific templating tools.
- Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Proficiency in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
- Experience working with major Cloud Service Providers such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
- Fundamental networking knowledge.
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals across information, application, data, network, and identity security.
- Experience with algorithms and software engineering.
- Proficiency with Docker and other containerization tools.
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Experience leading incident response, troubleshooting, and coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve outages.
- Deep understanding of monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, and ELK Stack.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
