Job summary

Sherweb is seeking a Senior Developer, Power Platform and Dynamics 365, to design, implement, and optimize complex business solutions. You will leverage low-code and pro-code to deliver scalable, secure applications and integrate AI-enabled automation.

You will own ALM, CI/CD, and multi-environment deployments while collaborating with stakeholders and architects to ensure robust, high-performing solutions. A dynamic, growth-focused team awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the same industry.
• Strong experience delivering end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse) and Dynamics 365.
• Solid experience with integrations (REST APIs, JSON, OAuth), Azure services, and AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft capabilities (AI Builder, Copilot, Azure AI services).
• Experience with DevOps practices (Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines) and multi-environment deployments.
• Advanced Dynamics 365 customization including data modeling, business logic, and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and support complex Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions, including applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain advanced extensions using C# (plugins, custom workflows) and JavaScript/TypeScript (form logic, PCF controls).
• Implement and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.
• Own and contribute to application lifecycle management (ALM), including source control, CI/CD, and environment strategies.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of solutions, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and architects to implement requirements.
• Contribute to best practices, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Do peer review and individual mentorship.
• Support the platform and participate in troubleshooting complex issues.

Role Summary

As a Senior Developer, Power Platform and Dynamics 365, you will contribute to the design, lifecycle and implementation of complex business solutions, combining low-code and pro-code capabilities to extend platform functionality. • Microsoft certification such as PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) required; PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert), AB-620 (AI Agent Builder Associate), and AB-100 (Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect) are assets
• Strong programming skills in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience building plugins, workflows, and UI extensions
