With 5–8 years of experience, you will mentor developers and collaborate with stakeholders to shape the technical vision while delivering high-impact projects.

You will design, build, and deploy systems across the stack, guiding architecture and best practices in a startup-like team within a well-established company.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of professional development experience.
• Client-facing aptitude with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Expert knowledge of TypeScript or Python.
• Deep knowledge of SQL and database design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web applications and data workflows within Palantir Foundry.
• Develop scalable backend services and integrations using TypeScript or Python.
• Design, maintain, and optimize SQL-based data pipelines.
• Engage with clients; gather requirements, demo solutions, and ensure adoption of tools.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to deliver digital solutions.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers through code reviews and pair programming.
• Lead architectural decisions, technical design, and best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
