This role will participate in the product delivery and implementation of work required to develop CBC’s membership offering across its digital products. Together with the LEx product team, the Senior Developer will collaborate on the implementation of account features and the evolution of supporting platforms such as the Account Centre and the Newsletter Subscription Center.

  • Leveraging department tools and standards, avoiding duplication of efforts and divergence of codebases
  • Improving workflows, processes, code reviews, and technical design
  • Creating and updating documentation, contributing to technical presentations
  • Evolving the tech stack, ensuring quality and keeping abreast of new and best-of-breed technologies
  • Adopting workflow changes
  • Completing code maintenance tasks like writing unit tests, refactoring, managing technical debt
  • Helping the team to move faster, deliver quicker and more effectively
  • Striving for technical agility with an eye on measuring success
  • Supporting the Dev Supervisor, Product Owner and Senior Product Manager to deliver on product strategy

Qualifications:
