Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a designer in agencies or brands.
• Portfolio demonstrates conceptual strength and cross-channel design systems.
• Proven ability to lead small creative groups in campaigns.
• Keen eye for detail and ability to deliver top-tier work under pressure.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; articulate rationale clearly.
• High proficiency in relevant design software.
• Experience using generative AI tools like Google Gemini for concept development.
