Kenvue is seeking a Senior Demand Planner in Toronto, Canada, with hybrid work location. You will partner with Demand Manager, Supply Planning, Marketing and Sales Strategy to develop consensus forecasts for new and existing products through IBP and manage SKU shipment forecasts to meet Brand and Supply objectives.
You will lead monthly forecasting meetings, drive forecast accuracy, perform statistical analysis, train and mentor planners, and contribute to long-term planning.

Demand Planning Lead

The Senior Demand Planner works closely with Demand Manager, Supply planning, Trade Customization, Project Management and Commercial teams including Marketing, and Sales Strategy to develop Consensus Forecasts for New and Existing products through Integrated Business Planning Process. They manage the SKU shipment forecast development to meet Brand and Supply objectives and attain MAPE & Bias targets for forecast accuracy.
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges:$72,000.00 - $116,150.00
This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
