Job summary

Moneris Solutions Corp is seeking a Senior Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant to advance the DEI strategy, develop inclusive programs, and lead engagement initiatives across the organization. The role involves partnering with the Director of Talent, OD and DEI, ERGs, and HR partners to drive impact in a hybrid work environment in Toronto.

The position emphasizes building DEI awareness, capability, and measurable outcomes while reporting to the Director.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting DEI strategies, programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of DEI principles, anti-racism practices, and inclusive workplace strategies.
• Proven ability to build partnerships and collaborate across functions and stakeholder groups.
• Experience creating impactful communications, learning materials, and engagement content for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve a sustainable support framework for ERGs and their long-term impact.
• Partner with IWC, ERGs, HR partners, and stakeholders to deliver DEI initiatives.
• Support execution of DEI strategy through communications, campaigns, partnerships, and engagement activities.
• Lead DEI communications and awareness efforts, including newsletters and the annual calendar.
• Design, facilitate, and coordinate learning experiences to build inclusive leadership.
• Leverage insights and metrics to assess impact and evolve DEI roadmap.
