Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an accomplished project manager to lead defence acquisition, modernization, training, and sustainment programs in Canada.

You will plan, execute, and deliver complex projects across aircraft modernization, GBTS, and information systems while coordinating engineers, instructional designers, and stakeholders. The role emphasizes cross‑functional leadership, adherence to PM governance, earned value management, budgeting, forecasting, and customer interface.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of project management experience in defence, aerospace, training systems, engineering, technology, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Experience delivering complex technical, training, aviation, infrastructure, or systems integration projects.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects with contractual deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of defence acquisition and modernization projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, training, and digital domains.
• Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, cost, resources, and risk.
• Monitor performance with KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and EVM support.
• Interface with customers and stakeholders on governance reviews and decisions.
• Support proposal development and business growth activities.
