Allstate Insurance Company of Canada is seeking a skilled data scientist to join our analytics team. You’ll work across claims, underwriting, pricing and broader business areas to build predictive models that shape smarter decisions and drive value for customers and the business.

You’ll deploy models using Azure ML, collaborate with product, marketing and finance, and translate complex problems into scalable analytics.

Competenze

• Experience in ML and analytics, with regression, classification, and segmentation.
• Proven model development and deployment in business settings, preferably in insurance or data-heavy industries.
• Strong Python and SQL programming skills with modern ML libraries.
• Experience with Azure ML or cloud analytics platforms and production model deployment.
• Knowledge of data preparation, feature engineering, model validation, experimentation, and monitoring best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Lead end-to-end development, deployment, and monitoring of predictive models for LTV, pricing, and profitability.
• Translate business problems into scalable analytics by partnering with Product, Pricing, Marketing, Claims, and Finance.
• Develop, validate, and maintain advanced ML and statistical models with strong performance and business value.
• Deploy and operationalize models using Azure ML and modern MLOps practices.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
