Qualifications

• Advanced Python proficiency in production applications.
• Strong command of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Transform prototype code into modular, observable, production-ready systems.
• Design principles: separation of concerns, dependency injection, interfaces.
• Experience automating unit/integration/end-to-end tests with pytest.

Responsibilities

• Architect modular agentic applications with clear separation of components.
• Refactor complex Python code for correctness, readability, and performance.
• Own production readiness including input validation, retries, and secure credentials handling.
• Establish observability via logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Define interfaces and data contracts between retrieval, orchestration, and model components.
• Write comprehensive tests: unit, integration, regression, and E2E.
• Review code for architectural and operational risks and improvements.
• Diagnose latency, memory, and scalability; optimize performance.
• Contribute to deployments, incident response, and reliability improvements.
