Senior Data Scientist

Location : Remote (Toronto)

Duration : 4 Months

Key Responsibilities :

• Proficiency in GenAI and LLM.
• Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of the analytics platform.
• Optimize real-time and batch data processing for post-call analysis.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and AI teams to integrate speech-to-text, sentiment analysis, and compliance checks.
• Ensure data security and governance following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize cloud costs.

Required Skills & Experience :

• 6+ years in software development,
• Strong experience with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Functions, Event Hub, ADLS, Azure AI Services).
• Knowledge of AI / ML workflows for voice analytics (Azure AI Speech, OpenAI APIs, NLP).
• Expertise in Python, SQL.
• Experience with CI / CD.
