  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to identify data-driven opportunities and influence product and business strategies.
  • Data Pipeline Development: Work alongside Analytic Engineers to design and optimize data pipelines, ensuring efficient data collection, processing, and availability
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, preferably in product-led, high-growth environments (SaaS or eCommerce a bonus)
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong foundation in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical analysis
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems, identify key insights, and drive actionable recommendations
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Curiosity and humility, you’re excited to learn and even more excited to teach

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or R.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, XGBoost or similar) and statistical modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques

Bonus points you have:

  • Industry Experience: Background in health tech, integrative medicine, or related fields
  • Tool Proficiency: Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Snowflake or AWS
  • Advanced Techniques: Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing, or other advanced machine learning methodologies

What We Offer:

  • Flexible PTO & competitive pay—rest fuels performance
  • RRSP match & stock options—invest in your future
  • Customizable benefits—flexible coverage, paramedical services, and an HSA
  • Fullscript discounts—save on wellness products
  • Continuous learning—training budget + company-wide initiatives
