Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop and deploy data-driven solutions addressing complex business challenges. Responsibilities include building machine learning models, designing experiments, and integrating AI insights into operations. The role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and clean, scalable coding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and translate them into data analyses using statistical and machine learning techniques.
2. Lead model selection, validation, and optimization to ensure relevance and scalability.
3. Implement continuous integration and deployment of data science solutions, optimizing model performance.
4. Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate insights effectively.
5. Present solutions to stakeholders and foster understanding and adoption.
6. Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices.
7. Write high-quality, maintainable code and contribute to innovative solutions.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new tools and techniques.
9. Develop strategies for data products, managing roadmaps and aligning with business goals.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a STEM field; 5+ years of relevant experience (minimum 3 years for highly qualified candidates).
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in Pandas, Scikit-learn, PySpark.
• Experience with machine learning models, A/B testing, and experimental design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Databricks) and MLOps tools (MLFlow, Bitbucket, CI/CD).
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Compensation
