Senior Lead - Talent Acquisition at GlobalLogic

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience as Data Scientist
• Should have exp in leading a small team.
• Core Python (OOP, functional, metaprogramming, multithreading, Flask / Django, Jinja), TensorFlow, pyTorch
• Develop innovative approaches to enhance the capabilities of Gen AI and NLP technologies to handle a wide range of tasks and adapt to new situations.
• Experience using Python libraries, such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, pySpark
• Experience building and developing ML and Analytical models, natural language processing, deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning, tensors, GenAI
• BI or NBI experience is a big plus
• Working experience with Redis, Zookeeper, Helm, Kubernetes (or cloud native K8s), Longhorn, RPA, OAuth.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

GlobalLogic estimates the starting pay range for this role to be performed remotely and the salary range will be $125,000/yr to $135,000/yr and reflects base salary only. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate, and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.
